Change the value of ‘Select Top n Audit records’ in SSMS

To view the Audit Log for the Audit you created on the SQL Server in Management Studio, go to:
Security -> Audits
Right-click on the Audit and choose 'View Audit Logs'

You will get the last 1000 Log records, because the default number of audit rows to return is 1000 rows:

To change the default values, in SQL Server Management Studio:
click Tools -> Options

Expand SQL Server Object Explorer -> click Commands tab:

Change the 'Value for Select Top n Audit records command' to the value you need and click OK:

Now when you view the Audit Log, you will receive the changed number of audit rows:
